1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to My account (حسابي).
3. Scroll to the bottom, below “Sign out” (اطلع من الحساب).
4. Tap Delete my account permanently (احذف حسابي نهائياً) and confirm by typing «احذف».

Deletion happens immediately and needs no approval.

Send a deletion request from the phone number registered to your account:

• Email: nawil.sudan@gmail.com (include your registered phone number)

We verify the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 7 business days, then confirm with you. This also applies to suspended accounts.

• Your sign-in account, name, phone number and profile photo.
• All your posts, your inbox, your errand history and the ratings you wrote.
• Your block list, message encryption keys and number verification badge.
• Saved bank details, regular trips, your invite link, read receipts, and “Bill” photos and transfer details in your chats.
• Your last seen, activity markers and technical usage record.
• Your notification history, “Delete for me” list, request views and tracking location.

• Past chats held by the other party, shown as “Deleted member” without your number — up to 30 days after the last message, then deleted automatically.
• References to your account in the administrative log or closed reports — up to 90 days, for security and abuse prevention.
• Backups — up to 30 days from creation.

We keep no other data after deletion unless required by law.
