Terms of Use (English)

1) About Nawil

Nawil is a community platform that connects acquaintances and people in nearby areas to get errands and trips done. Nawil is not a party to any agreement between members, does not provide delivery itself, and does not receive or guarantee any payment.

By using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

2) Eligibility

The App is for adults aged 18 and over. Each person may have one account under their real name, and membership opens after the area supervisor approves it.

3) Prohibited content and behaviour

• Abuse, harassment, threats or hate speech.
• Sexual content.
• Any content that exploits or endangers children. This has zero tolerance and is reported to the relevant authorities. See our child safety standards.
• Requesting or transporting prohibited items, weapons, drugs or anything illegal.
• Fraud or impersonating someone else.
• Posting other people’s data or photos without their permission.
• Repeated commercial advertising or spam.

4) Payment between members

Payment is made directly between the two parties, at their own responsibility. We advise not paying before you are sure, and never sharing card numbers or banking passwords. The in-chat “Bill” is a way to record the agreement between the two parties; Nawil does not receive, transfer or guarantee payments.

5) Safety

Meet members in well-known places and don’t share information the request doesn’t need. You can block or report any member or post from inside the App. Use “Track location” only to complete the request, and never use a member’s location or data for anything other than the purpose they shared it for. After an agreement, you can report a problem with any request from inside the chat.

6) Moderation

Supervisors and the app operator may remove any violating content and suspend or delete violating accounts.

7) Ending use

You can delete your account at any time from “My account”, or through the account deletion page.

8) Changes and contact
